Soup

2 tbs butter
1 onion
carrots
parsnips
squash

chicken stock
lemon juice
olive oil
genger
garlic
parsley
cilantro
tumeric
thyme
paprika
salt and pepper

Melt butter
add onions till translucent

add carrots, parsnips, squash, and saute for a few min

add stock, turmeric, ginger, thyme, boil
